Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has urged Nigerian youths at large to suspend the ongoing #EndSARS protests as it has been hijacked by political thugs.

Governor Akeredolu urged protesters to allow government take action as their grievances have been heard.

This was said by the Governor on Sunday, October 18, during a visit to his Osun state counterpart, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, at the Government House in Osogbo, Osun state.

Governor Oyetola’s convoy had been attacked by suspected political thugs in Osogbo, Osun state, on Saturday, October 17, while he was addressing protesters.

While Governor Akeredolu condemned the attack on his counterpart in Osun, he described it as most disturbing as everyone must also come together to condemn the attack.
