Popular Nigerian Singer, Douglas Jack Agu, otherwise known as Runtown, has reiterated his commitment to pursuance of an end to police brutality in Nigeria.

This is even as the ‘Mad Over You’ crooner hinted that he’s been getting death threats over his active involvement in the #ENDSARS movement.

The singer took to microblogging platform, Twitter to reaffirm he cannot be silenced no matter the threats to his life.

He tweeted;

No matter how many death threats you send my way, you can never silence me. Our cause is just!

Runtown is one of many prominent names to lead the #ENDSARS campaign against police brutality and impunity in Nigeria.

While the protests went on for two weeks in major cities across the country, many violent incidents have also be recorded, most famously the Tuesday October 20 massacre of unarmed protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos.
