Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has singled out his squad’s most dangerous winger.
While he acknowledges that Jadon Sancho, who recently joined on loan from Manchester United, has met his expectations in training, Maresca believes Noni Madueke is currently the most formidable threat on the flanks.
Sancho’s move was finalized just before the transfer deadline, but Madueke has already made a significant impact this season, scoring four goals.

Enzo Maresca expressed his enthusiasm for Madueke’s performance, noting, “For every winger, it’s a dream to play forward and have the chance to go one-on-one. We give them opportunities to do this at various points in the game.”
He continued, “At the moment, Noni is the standout performer for us. During pre-season, he scored a variety of goals and created numerous chances. Noni is doing exceptionally well, though all our wingers are putting in great work.”
Chelsea will be looking to build on their promising start to the season as they head to Bournemouth for their upcoming Premier League match.
