The Gunners ran out winners with an impressive 4-2 score line at the end of full time.
Mikel Arteta’s lads led twice in the first-half but were pegged back on both occasions, before showing strong character to take the game away from the troubled Blues in the second half.

Eddie Nketiah opened the scoring for Arsenal on 13th minute before Timo Werner equalized four minutes later for the home team on 17th minute.
Smith Rowe again gave the Gunners the lead on 27th minute, but captain Ceasar Azpilicueta leveled things up on 37 minute yet again.
However, Arsenal took the game away from Thomas Tuchel’s team with Nketiah netting his second of the night 12 minutes after the restart.
Bukayo Saka then wrapped things up with a penalty on added time to leave the Blues with yet another home loss.
Chelsea remain 3rd on the English Premier League table on 62 points, five above the Gunners, who have on 57 and are tied with another London neighbors, Tottenham Hotspurs.
Elsewhere, Manchester City leapfrogged Liverpool at the summit of the table following an impressive win over Brighton.
Riyad Marhez, Phil Foden, and Bernado Silva scored in a 3-0 win over the Seagulls to overtake the reds, who outclassed Manchester United on Sunday.
The battle for the title is still very much open with City holding a single point lead over Jurgen Klopp’s team.
