Aston Villa have completed the signing of Calum Chambers from Arsenal.
The Gunners defender put pen to paper for a three-and-a-half-year contract.
The Claret and Blue sealed the transfer deal for an undisclosed fee.

The shock transfer took many supporters aback when disclosed on Thursday night.
The English footballer departed Southampton to arrived at the Emirate Stadium in 2014.
However, in late 2019, the defender while in action for Arsenal picked up an ACL injury against Chelsea
Since then, he has backslided and has dropped form to have become a forgotten man at the club.
Even at that, Chambers had previously had a one-year loan spell at Middlesbrough in the 2016/2017 season before another loan transfer to Fulham for the whole season of 2018/ 2019.

The Villans’ statement reads: “Aston Villa is delighted to announce the signing of Calum Chambers from Arsenal.”
“The versatile defender, who can operate at both centre-back and right-back, has agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal.”
“Chambers graduated into the first team from the academy at Southampton before earning a move to Arsenal in 2014.”
“He has also enjoyed loan stints at Middlesbrough and Fulham.”
“Capped by England, the 27-year-old has made five appearances for the Gunners this season. Welcome, Calum!”
