The English retired footballer, Alan Shearer has named the best player in Leicester City following their 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampt Wanderers on Sunday.
The English football pundit named the Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman as the Foxes’ best player in their defeat to Bruno Lage’s side.
The winger who was loaned from RB Leipzig levelled the game with a goal four minutes before the half-time break after Ruben Neves from the opponents team had first put the Wanderers ahead in the ninth minute of the encounter.

Leicester’s Marc Albrighton provided the assist for the former Everton star.
Aside from the goal, Lookman troubled the visitors’ defence through out the the period of 90 minutes.
Meanwhile, Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, saluted as he also labelled the player as Leicester City’s most dangerous player after the match.

Shearer held on Premier League Productions: “Things that Leicester have done well have come from him [Lookman]. He has been involved in all of them.”
“To go short and then go long and with the conditions that obviously are very difficult, he has made the most of that. He has been a real plus point.”
The striker who came third in both Ballon d’Or and FIFA World Player of the 1996 awards also said amidst his talk about Leicester goal: “You’re looking to open them up with a quality pass and to get not only one but two and Lookman who I feel was their best player on the day is in there to finish it off.”
