Ese Brume missed out on a medal in the women’s long jump at the 2024 Olympic Games, finishing 5th with a jump of 6.70 meters.
The 28-year-old Ese Brume had been a strong contender, especially after her bronze medal performance at the Tokyo Olympics three years ago.
Two other Nigerians, Ruth Usoro and Prestina Ochonogor, also competed in the final but were unable to secure a spot on the podium.
