Three of the four quarter-final fixtures at Euro 2024 have been confirmed following Monday’s Round of 16 matches.
In the first game, France secured a 1-0 victory over Belgium thanks to a last-minute own goal from Jan Vertonghen. France will now face Portugal, who advanced by winning a penalty shootout against Slovenia after a goalless 120 minutes, with Diogo Costa saving three penalties.
England will take on Switzerland, who eliminated Italy with a 2-0 win on Sunday. Spain, after thrashing Georgia 4-1, will face the host nation Germany in their quarter-final match.
