A former National Auditor of the All Progressives Congress (APC), George Moghalu, has resigned from the party, citing personal reasons.
Moghalu, who previously served as the Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), submitted a formal letter to the APC chairman in his ward in Anambra State.

The letter, dated August 26, 2024, marks the end of Moghalu’s association with the ruling party. He wished the party and its members well and expressed his desire to maintain a cordial relationship.
