Ex-Boko Haram terrorists have embarked on a protest over unpaid monthly allowances.
The repentant terrorists, who are being held at the Hajj Camp in Borno after surrendering to the Nigerian government, on Friday embarked on the action in Borno state.
According to the protesters, the Federal Government has failed to fulfill its promises made to them.

They also accused the government of withholding the N30k allowance they were promised.
The former terrorists caused a gridlock after blocking Bulumkutu-Maiduguri highway during the protest on Friday, August 18.
