Maj Gen Bernard Onyeuko (rtd.), a former Director of the Defence Media Operations and Director of Procurement at the Defence Headquarters, has tragically passed away.
The cause of Onyeuko’s death was unknown as of press time, but it was reported that the military General died on Saturday, August 26 after a brief undisclosed illness.
He had expressed discomfort on Saturday morning and was promptly taken to a private hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Before his demise, the retired army general had served as the Director of Procurement at the Defence Headquarters Department of Logistics.
