Dr Donald Grant, a prominent General Practitioner (GP) has cautioned that men who engage in excessive masturbation may experience difficulties in the bedroom.

While moderation is key, overindulgence can lead to a form of erectile dysfunction.

Grant stated the risks of porn-induced erectile dysfunction (PIED) and the importance of maintaining a healthy balance.

He advised individuals to be mindful of their masturbation habits and to prioritize intimacy with partners.

The doctor added that compulsive masturbation can cause physical changes, leading to reduced sensitivity and potential friction damage.

With NHS prescriptions for erection-boosting medications on the rise, Grant announced the importance of managing a healthy sex life and seeking help when needed.

He encouraged open communication with partners and advised against excessive masturbation, which can also lead to mental distress and interfere with daily life.
