A 24-year-old man, simply identified as Clement Joseph, has been arrested by police raping four girls in Niger State, according to reports.
The suspect, who operates an illegal clinic in the Koropka area of the state, was charged with raping four girls, impregnating one, and conducting an abortion on her.
It was learnt that Joseph has no requisite certification to show he is qualified to be a doctor.
Additionally, Police spokesman Abiodun Wasiu confirming the incident said that the suspect confessed to having deceitfully collected two hundred thousand from an unsuspecting member of the public.
The accused had collected the money under the pretence of a fake online business called Zuga Coins International Business.
