Nigerian rapper Falz has revealed that he has never professed love to anyone. In an interview on the Menisms Podcast, he mentioned that he has never been in love or reached the point in a relationship where such expressions are made.
“I have never said ‘I love you’ to anybody. I have never been in love or gotten to that level of emotional commitment before. And no one has said it to me either. You know there’s a stage in a relationship where it’s like, ‘Oh, I love you, baby, I love you too.’ I have never gotten there,” Falz said.
He explained that he is always upfront about his feelings, disposition, and commitment early on in relationships to ensure that both parties are on the same page. This approach, he believes, prevents misunderstandings and ensures clarity about the relationship’s direction.

“Also, from time to time, I feel like these conversations need to be revisited. At the end of the day, it’s not that I’m not expressive; maybe I have just been consistently true to the cause and have become accustomed to the mindset of always guiding,” he added.
