Men of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI have arrested a Nigerian man, over multiple fraud in the United States.

The Nigerian man was said to have done series of email scam, totalling to $2.8 million.

 

Daily Report Nigeria gathers that a Nigerian man, Oluyomi Omobolanle Bombata was arrested by the FBI for fraud.

The suspect, popularly known as Bobo Chicago, a 25-year-old was said to have been living in Houston, before fleeing to Chicago.

 

Bombata, who is currently facing a five-count charge was said to have also sent a sum of $300,000 to a liquor store, this implicating the owner.

Bobo Chicago was said to have been arrested by the FBI on November 20 in Illinois, Chicago, and is currently facing a five-count charge, including wire fraud, conspiracy, and unlawful monetary transactions.

Due to his extravagant lifestyle, he was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued in Oklahoma following several criminal complaints filed against him and corroborating an investigation that deemed his activities suspicious,” the report read.

According to the report, his co-conspirator is also being held in custody by law enforcement agents.
