His comment comes amid results emerging from polling units across the territory.
In the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and incumbent chairman, Christopher Maikalangu, secured victory in his polling unit with 229 votes.
Maikalangu defeated his closest rival, Dr. Moses Paul of the ADC, who polled 15 votes.
The APC candidate, who voted earlier in the day, commended the conduct of the exercise, describing the process as efficient.
