A bill seeking for the establishment of the a Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery in Otu-jeremi, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta state has passed a second reading on the floor of the Federal House of Representatives.

The bill is sponsored by Hon. Francis Ejiroghene Waive Representing Ughelli North, Ugheli South And Udu Federal Constituency.
