Femi Otedola, a Nigerian businessman and billionaire, has gifted his daughter, DJ Cuppy £5million for a country house as she turned 30 on Friday.
Born Florence Otedola, the disk jockey shared chats between herself and her father via Instagram on Friday.
In the now-deleted posts, Otedola praised his daughter for continuously making him proud.

Additionally, the 60-year-old billionaire promised her a country home worth £5 million as a birthday gift.
He had said:
“Ifemiii of course not! I could never forget #CuppyDay! Happy Birthday to my Angel Ifemi. I’ve instructed Andy at Barclays Bank to buy you a £5,000,000. (Five million pounds) country home as your 30th birthday present.
“Can’t think of any other befitting present you deserve for this special birthday. You have continuously made Papa proud year by year and have been a blessing in my life.”
DJ Cuppy shared the development on social media with several emojis to express her surprise, Cuppy wrote, “speechless, @femiotedola.”
The DJ had wrote on social media:
“Yes, Lord, you did it again. You gave me another year. Happy 30th birthday to me!
“Earlier this year, I decided that I wouldn’t do some silly lavish cuppy party but instead, enter my new age in prayer and surrounded by family only.
“For once, I am going to clap for myself and say I am so proud of all I have accomplished and so excited for the joy my 30s will bring.
