FG to Distribute 2,000 CNG Tricycles to Youths

FG to Distribute 2,000 CNG Tricycles to Youths | Daily Report Nigeria

The federal government has unveiled an initiative to distribute 2,000 compressed natural gas (CNG) powered tricycles to young people working within the informal sector.

This scheme was announced during a press conference on Friday by the Minister of State for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande.

According to Olawande, the initiative, in partnership with the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative (P-CNGi).

He added that it was part of the earlier promised “low-key” celebrations marking Nigeria’s 64th year of independence.

The minister further encouraged Nigerians to maintain their optimism regarding the federal government’s Renewed Hope agenda

He also promised that “better days lie ahead.”
