Finidi George Reveals Victor Osimhen Hasn’t Apologized Yet

Former Super Eagles head coach Finidi George has said that Victor Osimhen has not yet apologized for his social media outburst that disrespected him.

Finidi, now coaching Rivers United in the Nigeria Premier Football League, explained that he reached out to Osimhen to address the situation.

“I sent him a message explaining that it wasn’t the best way to handle things, considering he reacted based on hearsay,” Finidi told Nigeria Info FM.

“Since then, I haven’t heard back from him. I’ve moved on and wish everyone well. Only God can judge.”

Finidi George also declined to comment on whether Osimhen should face sanctions, stating, “He’s already part of the team; let him be. We shouldn’t crucify him for his mistake. We’ve moved on, and life continues.”
