According to reports, the soldier, identified as Sudik had gone to the show seller, Abdulrahman Salisu’s shop to purchase a pair of shoe.

However, after collecting the show, the soldier claimed to have made payments via bank transfer, though Abdulrahman said he hadn’t seen it.
The situation went south quickly, as the soldier, Sudik brought out a cutlass and swung it at the shoe seller for demanding his money.

I’m a bid to protect himself, Abdulrahman stretched his had, and parts of his fingers were cut off.
This happened at Abdulrahman shop near Jolly Bread in Minna, the Niger State capital on Sallah day, The Nation reported.
The soldier and his two aid subsequently fled the scene, as the shoe seller cried for help and was rushed to the hospital.
The Nation further reports that Sudik has been arrested by security operatives in the state, while Abdulrahman is receiving medical treatment at the IBB Specialist Hospital in Minna.
