Chief Tom Michael Binebai, a former Commissioner representing Ijaw ethnic nationality in the board the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Commission, DESOPADEC, will be buried on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
Binebai, who died on January 25, will be laid to rest at his hometown of Burutu, headquarters of Burutu local government area of Delta State.
He served as DESOPADEC Commissioner between 2007 and 2008.

The octogenarian served as the highly ranked chief of Iduwini Kingdom until his death.
He died at the ripe age of 94.
