A free medical outreach facilitated by the lawmaker representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Julius Pondi, has kicked off at Tuomo community.
The outreach is organized by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) in conjunction with Pekjul Integrated Services.
Billed to hold between Monday, September 2 to Thursday, September 4, the exercise will proceed further to Tamigbe and Ojobo communities.
A total of 233 beneficiaries were tested, examined and treated for different ailments at the end of Monday’s exercise.
Surgical operations were carried out on two patients for groin and hernia respectively.
