French League 1: Moses Simon Shines in Nantes 3-1 Win Over Messi, Neymar and Mbappe’ Side

Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon came up the scratch as Nantes defeated Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday, 19th.

The Yellow House belted Messi, Neymar and Mbappe’s team following a thumping 3-1 victory at Stade de la Beaujoire.

Nantes avenged for Real Madrid who suffered a 1-0 loss from Mauricio Pochettino’s side in the Champions League 1st knockout round on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old Nigerian forward ignited Les Canaris’s hope as he provided a fine assist after cuting the opponents defense open with a through ball.

Randal Kolo converted the assist to have his name registered on the score-sheet in the first four minute of the game.

Quentin Merlin and Ludovic Blas scored the respective second and third goals for Les Canaris before the half-time break.

However, Neymar cancelled one goal after utilizing Lionel Messi’s assist in the early minutes to the second half.

Meanwhile, the visitors were awarded a penalty as Dennis Appiah from Nantes tripped Kylian Mbappe at almost an hour-mark.

The Brazilian forward, Neymar stepped forward to take the spot-kick but Les Parisiens’ goalkeeper, Alban Lafont saved it.
