Le Parisien has reported that Paris Saint-Germain defender, Sergio Ramos, may be compelled to quit playing football.
The former Real Madrid giant has been battling injuries and fitness in the last five years, however, hanging his boots may be the final solution.
The 35-year-old who made a move to Les Rouge-et-Bleu in July of last year has only played full time twice out of his five appearances so far.

The player who penned down a two-year deal with Les Parisiens is still recuperating from ‘old calf syndrome .
Perhaps, the ex-Sevilla star will not be available for the Champions League last-16 first leg tie with his former club, Madrid on the 15th of February.
Ferret told Le Parisien: “The injuries are very difficult because you can never predict how they will evolve.”

“It’s all about the configuration of the calf muscle. You have to consider how the muscle has aged given the blows Ramos has taken in has career while playing at the highest level for 19 seasons and how much that has weakened his calves.”
Ramos has captained Real Madrid for six seasons where he was named into FIFPro World11 eleven times.
Ramos who has been named La Liga’s Best Defender a record five times has also been elected to the UEFA Team of the Year nine times.
At international level, Ramos represented the Spain at four World Cups and three European Championships
He grabbed the 2010 FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Championship in 2008 and 2012.
