Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has inaugurated a 14.1km road project in Omuma LGA, silencing critics who thought his administration was being emasculated.
Fubara, while speaking at the inauguration ceremony, emphasized that governance is about providing services to the people and protecting lives.
He noted that his administration has been working hard to deliver on projects despite opposition from critics.
