Georgiy Sudakov Backs Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk to Win Ballon d’Or

Ukraine international Georgiy Sudakov has expressed his confidence in Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk’s potential to win the Ballon d’Or.

Mudryk joined Chelsea in January 2023 for a hefty £89 million fee. However, the 23-year-old has had a challenging time finding his form with the Blues, scoring only seven goals in 58 appearances.

Despite Mudryk’s difficulties, Sudakov remains optimistic about his compatriot’s future, believing that Mudryk has what it takes to become one of the best in the world.

In an interview with The Guardian, Sudakov said, “Mykhailo Mudryk is an incredible player with limitless potential. He has the ability to win the Ballon d’Or, but it all depends on him. I’m confident he will eventually showcase his best qualities. Ukraine is a country full of talent, and Mykhailo is a shining example for all of us.”
