Girlfriend Poisons Cheating Boyfriend, Hides Body

• A young lady has been arrested for murder in Port Harcourt.

• The lady is alleged to have killed her lover over his infidelity.

A young lady has been arrested after allegedly killing her lover in Rivers state.

According to reports, the suspect was apprehended following a distress call by the neighbors after the victim went missing.

The incident reportedly happened in Iyo Polo community, Marine Base, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

It was gathered that the suspect had poisoned the victim and his his body under the bed inside his room for three days.

Neighbors alerted the authorities, after a foul smell began to emit from the apartment, and the lady refused entry into the apartment.

The police graced the scene, as they barged into the house where the decomposing body of the deceased was found.

The suspect was subsequently arrested and is being interrogated.
