Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has told a former Lagos State governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, that the country is at “critical crossroads” following “multiple quagmires” under the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

El-Rufai said: “The government and people of Kaduna State will never forget this gesture,” El-Rufai told Tinubu, adding, “We are very grateful to you for service, sacrifice and commitment to the unity and that of our country.
