Gunmen in the early hours of Thursday March 31 razed Nnewi South Local Government Area in Ukpor, Anambra State.
It was gathered that one person was killed during the incident.
According to eyewitnesses, the dead victim was one of the security men in the council secretariat.

The Anambra State Police Command spokesman, Tochukwu Ikenga, said “It is a suspected case of arson, the information is still sketchy.”
The spokesman added that more operatives had been deployed to the area.
