The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his one year in office celebration.
Guwor, who described the governor as a trailblazer, poured ecomiums on his predecessor over the positive impacts the MORE agenda has yielded for Deltans.
