Abdullahi Ganduje, Governor of Kano State, on Thursday called for justice to be served in the horrible death of Hanifa Abubakar Abba, a five-year-old girl of Noble Kids Academy in Kwanar Dakata, Nasarawa Local Government Area of the state.
Hanifa was kidnapped and murdered by her teacher.
The governor, while addressing newsmen noted that the state will do everything possible to see justice prevail in the case.

He said;
“The state will do everything humanly possible to ensure the speedy dispensation of justice in this case,” Ganduje said during a state Executive Council meeting held at Africa House, Government House, Kano.
“We also commend security personnel for apprehending the perpetrator.” We will do all in our power to guarantee that the proper process is followed in the shortest amount of time feasible.
“I also assure everyone that the perpetrator will receive the appropriate punishment for his awful deed.
“We will continue to examine our schools to ensure that they are on the correct route.”
“We want to protect our schools and children.”
“The governor said that the state administration will continue to do all possible to ensure the state’s security.
