Harry Kane Critiques England’s Performance After Euro 2024 Draw Against Denmark

England captain Harry Kane has discussed the challenges facing the Three Lions following their 1-1 draw against Denmark in Euro 2024.

Kane, who played in the match, acknowledged that England struggled both defensively and offensively.

Speaking to BBC, the Bayern Munich striker admitted that Gareth Southgate’s team did not perform at their best.

“I think we are struggling both with and without the ball,” Kane remarked. “The pressure in both games hasn’t been right, and our performance with the ball hasn’t been good enough.”

He continued, “Everyone’s levels have dropped a bit. It was a tough game, but we remain composed. It wasn’t our finest display, but we managed to secure a point.”

England had previously won 1-0 against Serbia in their opening game, giving them four points from two matches and placing them at the top of Group C.
