The lawmaker representing Ondo East/Ondo west federal constituency, Peter Makinde, has dumped his African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila read the letter of his defection at the plenary session on Tuesday.
Makinde cited leadership crisis and division within his party as the reason for defection.
