Musician Teni Apata, popularly known as Teni the Entertainer has shared her battle with a life-threatening throat infection.
Teni stated that she was diagnosed with a serious condition after experiencing multiple episodes of voice loss in July 2023.
Despite the challenges, she bravely continued recording her second album while simultaneously fighting the disease.
However, doctors advised her to undergo major surgery, warning that failure to do so could potentially lead to permanent damage to her vocal cords.

In September, the Case crooner disclosed, she found herself hospitalized due to exhaustion.
Fortunately, her journey towards vocal recovery began in October, when she noticed a gradual improvement in her voice after seeking medical assistance, even without opting for surgery.
She confidently stated in the video that she would be returning to performing music in November and will also release her new musical album later in the month.
