Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, has described himself as the most qualified to be president and has stated that if elected, he will not make excuses for failure.

Tinubu made the remarks during his presidential consultations with Ondo state’s traditional rulers.

He met with traditional rulers from the state’s three senatorial districts.

“It is true that I want to run for president in 2023,” he says. I want to win the election for the sake of our people.

He promises that he will not provide any excuse for failure, but will instead provide purposeful leadership that will make the country a better place.

When I have reigned for eight years in a row, I will abdicate. After I finish my term, whoever is the smartest and has the most followers will take over.

“I’m very concerned about Nigeria’s development.” I campaigned for Mimiko’s mandate for two years. I stood with Fayemi for three days while attempting to take his mandate. It took three years and ten months for Aregbesola.

I don’t run away from a fight. I’m very particular about democracy and am very passionate about it. We tried during MKO, but we couldn’t get it. When they came to meet with us, we asked for your support, and Buhari was elected President.

I informed Buhari so that no one would question who I consulted before making the decision.

I am the most qualified to be President. I will see to it that our children are employed, that industries are established, and that the country as a whole is developed.

Inform everyone that I intend to compete. I intend to make Nigeria more developed than Lagos.

It’s a shame that ordinary brake pads can’t be produced in Nigeria. I will change Nigeria for the better.

All I ask is for your prayers and support as I run for president. It’s your son who wants to compete, and I’m that son.

Tinubu said at Okitipupa that religion and ethnic division were part of the problem confronting the country, but that there was no division in Lagos State, which was why the state was thriving.

When I became governor, Lagos State was the worst in Africa; we had little revenue but did our best; now, Lagos generates more than N40 billion in revenue.

Division is a problem in Nigeria as well, but there is no division in Lagos because any tribe or religion is welcome and can run and win elections, which is why Lagos is thriving.

Nigeria has the potential to compete with Russia in oil and gas exploration if we properly harness our resources and if there is stable electricity. Nigeria will also compete with other nations in manufacturing if we harness our resources properly and if there is stable electricity.

I’m here to seek our royal fathers’ blessing for my Presidential ambition because I know where the problems are and, if given the chance in 2023, Nigeria will be ranked among the best nations in the world.

He stated that if Nigeria’s natural resources are properly utilized, it will be able to compete favorably with Russia in the exploration of oil and gas.

Tinubu stated that the country is endowed with abundant natural resources that must be explored in order for the country to be ranked among the best economies in the world.

He stated that if Nigeria can generate stable electricity, it will be able to compete effectively in manufacturing with other developed nations.

The Deji of Akureland, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, wished him well and prayed for his success on behalf of the monarchs in the central Senatorial districts.

Oba Fredrick Obateru-Akinruntan, Olugbo of Ugboland, spoke on behalf of other traditional rulers in the Southern Senatorial District.

said Tinubu possesses the charisma and ability to transform the country, adding that all traditional rulers in Ondo South have blessed and endorsed him for the top job.
