I Didn’t Say I Was Dying Soon – Prophet Odumeje

The General Overseer of The Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Chukwuemeka Cyril Odumeje, popularly known s Prophet Odumeje, has debunked previous reports about that he was dying soon.

Earlier, reports suggested that the controversial Anambra State-based cleric had completed his tasks on earth and would leave soon.

The report also claimed that Prophet Odumeje in a viral video spoke on how he told his little son (KingDavid) that he would leave soon.

It was said he had advised his son to take care of his brothers and mother when he leaves, stressing that he came to this world for a purpose and that the purpose had been fulfilled, according to previous claims.

However, speaking with Leadership newspaper on Tuesday, Odumeje’s aide, Amaka Okoye refuted the claims, saying that the prophet never made such statements.

According to Okoye, the reports were intended to tarnish Odumeje’s image.

She said:

It is not true (that prophet Odumeje said during Church service last Sunday that he will die soon).

“You know that some people when they want to destroy someone’s image, they will write something with your name and put it in a YouTube and say that you said it.”
