While emphasizing on the importance of forgiveness, she affirmed that she has forgiven her ex-husband so as not to offend God who forgives all no matter how grievous the sin. Hence, she now forgives easily.

She however stated that she doesn’t still like being provoked by a person she has already forgiven.

According to her, she forgives so as not to suffer a stagnated career and life as God would not forgive her shortcomings if she was adamant to forgive others.

Recall that the actress had divorced her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, over alleged marital issues.
