Embattled Ondo State Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi, has said that he made the victory of the 2016 Governorship poll in Ondo state possible for the Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Following the alleged rift between the Deputy and his Boss, Rotimi Akeredolu, the latter had issued a statement that his Deputy was a wrong choice in the state leadership.
Reacting to this, Agboola Ajayi through a statement released by his media aide, Tope Okeowo, said that such statement could only come from a frustrated politician.
Agboola also attributed the Governor’s statement to his failure to induce the state lawmakers to impeach him as the Deputy.
Agboola blamed the Governor for his political misfortune as he blatantly refused to heed to all wise counsels by senior citizens in the state.
