Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has said he warned Nigerians as far back as 2015 that difficult times were ahead for the country.

Oyedepo made the remark while speaking during Day Five of the ongoing Shiloh programme, where he reflected on what he described as spiritual revelations received long before current realities unfolded.

According to the cleric, certain events are often revealed in the spiritual realm years before they manifest physically, stressing that spiritual intelligence operates ahead of human systems.

“This man will have unchecked access to secrets. They will know what is said even in bedrooms. It(privileged intelligence) will be the highest level, revealing things long before they happen,” he said.

Addressing Nigerians specifically, Oyedepo recalled his earlier warning, saying, “For those who are Nigerians, I told you in 2015 that trouble was coming. Did it come? I saw it first in 1992.”

He explained that his warnings were not meant to spread fear but to prepare believers mentally and spiritually for national and global challenges, urging them to cultivate discernment and faith.

Oyedepo encouraged worshippers to remain steadfast, noting that seasons of turbulence often precede divine intervention and breakthroughs.

Despite acknowledging hardship, the cleric expressed optimism, declaring that the season of difficulty would give way to triumph.

“But thank God, victory is here,” he said.
