The Delta Ijaw Comrade Community, DICC, has congratulated HRM Elder Capt Joseph Timiyan, The Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta state, in commemoration of his fifteenth coronation anniversary.
In a statement by the Acting Chairman of the DICC, Comrade Welemu Williams, the group lauded Agbonu over the level of social political change his reign has delivered in the oil rich kingdom.

Welemu prayed for long life and wisdom on Agbonu to enable him pilot the affairs of the kingdom in pursuance of further development.
He wrote;
“On behalf of myself and the entire Delta Ijaw Comrade Community, I join the entire Ogulagh Kingdom people, Delta state and beyond to Congratulate his Royal Majesty Elder Captain Joseph Timiyan the Ebenanawei of Ogulagha Kingdom on his 15th year coronation anniversary that has signaled social political change and heralded the era of infrastructural development of the entire kingdom.
