Popular human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) has vowed to uncover the truth surrounding the untimely demise of Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
Falana’s commitment follows a visit from the grieving widow, Omowunmi Aloba, who seeks justice for her late husband.
In a statement released on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, Falana affirmed his unwavering dedication to unveiling the circumstances surrounding MohBad’s tragic passing.

Demonstrating the significance of the case, Falana disclosed that he had a meeting with the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, to discuss the ongoing investigation into the matter.
Falana further conveyed that the Commissioner has assured the progress made in the investigation thus far.
He said:
“The young widow of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as MohBad, visited our office on Tuesday to seek support in pursuing justice for her late husband.
“We commend Nigerian youths for protesting peacefully and demanding justice.
“I assure them and other concerned citizens that we shall collaborate with the coroner to expose those who are remotely and directly responsible for the suspicious death of MohBad.”
