Guru Maharaj ji, founder and leader of the One Love Family, has called for further increase in the salaries of operatives of the Nigerian Police Force and the Nigerian Army.

Maharaj ji stated this while speaking to journalists in Lagos, in reaction to the recent 20 percent increase on salaries of police officers by the FEC.

Maraj ji also charged President Muhammadu Buhari to pay off all outstanding arrears of university lecturers, doctors and others.

He said, “The recent 20% increase in Police earnings is not enough, it should be forty per cent. The Nigerian Army too should be considered for a 40% increase in their salaries. Use one oil well to cover it.

“The President should also pay all outstanding arrears due to ASUU, Medical Doctors, Polytechnic Staff in all the federation.”
