The lawmaker representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Dachung Bagos, has disclosed that he has signed the impeachment notice to sack President Muhammadu Buhari from office.
This came after newsmen reported that seven of Bagos’ constituents were killed by suspected terrorists on Sunday.
Meanwhile, it was gathered that 18 people had lost their lives during a clash between bandits and vigilantes in Wase Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State.
He, Bagos, the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Anti-Corruption was present at the mass burial of the seven casualties at Danda Village on Monday.
“This incident has raised concerns over the readiness of security agencies to tackle once and for all the gorilla style of killing which has been incessant in my constituency and Plateau State.
As the representatives of my people in Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, I have signed for the impeachment of Mr President because we need someone that will address the issues of insecurity. My people are being killed on a daily basis; this is condemnable and unacceptable,” he said.
