Investigation Bureau Releases Findings on Crash That Killed COAS Attahiru Ibrahim

The Accident Investigation Bureau of Nigeria, has submitted its interim report to the Nigerian Air Force on the crash that claimed the lives of 11 military personnel including the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen Ibrahim Attahiru, on May 31, 2021.

The investigator also listed 27 initial findings and eight immediate safety recommendations for immediate implementation.
NAF Beechcraft 350 jet had crashed near the Kaduna International Airport.
