Iran has issued an evacuation directive for several American technology companies operating across the Middle East, warning that their offices, data centres and other digital infrastructure could become potential targets amid rising geopolitical tensions.

According to reports, the warning affects multiple global tech firms with operational presence across the Gulf region and Israel. Other technology and cybersecurity firms reportedly included in the warning are Cisco Systems, Palo Alto Networks, Salesforce, Adobe, Qualcomm, Dell Technologies, Intel, and Apple.

The companies operate a range of services across the region including cloud computing platforms, enterprise software systems, cybersecurity operations, semiconductor partnerships and retail technology outlets.

Iran’s warning signals growing concern that American-linked technological infrastructure could be caught in the widening regional conflict, particularly as tensions continue to rise across strategic Middle East corridors.

Security analysts say the development may trigger precautionary measures among multinational firms operating digital infrastructure in the region while governments review the safety of critical technology facilities.
