Israel Declares Position in Helping Russia Against Ukraine

Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Yair Lapid has declared his country will not be a route to bypass U.S sanctions on Russia over the invasion of Ukraine.

Lapid who spoke in Slovakia, stated this on Monday.

He reiterated Israel’s condemnation of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The minister added that Israel will “do everything it can to assist mediation efforts.”

“Israel will not be a route to bypass sanctions imposed on Russia by the United States and other western countries,”
