The 5th Mobile Parliament of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide has officially expressed its deep gratitude to the Ijaw Nation and all supporters for their unwavering dedication and solidarity.

In a heartfelt statement, Rt Hon Bob Collins Igetei, Speaker of the 5th Mobile Parliament, acknowledged the collective efforts and resilience of Ijaw youth and leaders in advancing the council’s goals of unity, stability, and progress.

Reflecting on the journey, Igetei highlighted the role played by the Ijaw Nation, whose commitment and passion provided a solid foundation for the council’s achievements.

The steadfast support from the community, he noted, was instrumental in navigating challenges and ensuring that the 5th Mobile Parliament served as a strong voice and beacon for Ijaw unity and purpose.

Igetei also extended his appreciation to his colleagues in the 5th Mobile Parliament for their hard work and commitment to upholding the values of the IYC.

He credited their teamwork and dedication for making the parliament a source of stability and hope, adding that the accomplishments of the term were guided by divine grace.

As the baton is passed to the incoming 6th Mobile Parliament, Igetei expressed confidence that the legacy of progress would continue to thrive.

Dear Ijaw Nation,

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who played a pivotal role in the journey of the 5th Mobile Parliament of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) worldwide. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and solidarity have been the backbone of our success.

To the Ijaw Nation, your resilience and belief in our mission have been inspiring. Your voices, passion, and commitment to unity were the fuel that kept us moving forward. Thank you for standing by us and being a source of strength throughout our tenure.

I express deep appreciation to my fellow colleagues and members of the 5th Mobile Parliament for their dedication and tireless work. Your efforts made the Parliament a symbol of stability, a beacon of hope, and a platform that upheld the core values of the Ijaw Youth Council. Together, we navigated challenges and celebrated achievements, demonstrating the power of unity and purpose.

A special note of thanks goes to God Almighty for His grace and guidance, which carried us through every moment of our journey. His blessings have been a constant reminder of the importance of serving with humility and honor.

As we pass the baton to the 6th Mobile Parliament of IYC worldwide, we do so with pride and confidence, knowing that the foundation we have built will continue to foster progress, strength, and a brighter future for all.
