The Ijaw Youths Council (IYC), Obotebe Clan has extended congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otuaro following his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
In a congratulatory message signed by Comrades Andaowei Anthony Okou, Ebimene Diemone, Augustine Doulamoghan, Chairman, Secretary and Information Officer respectively, the group described Otuaro’s appointment by President Bola Tinubu as timely.
The statement reads;
“On behalf of our ourselves, members and the leadership of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Obotebe Clan, wishes to join others to congratulate our amiable leader and brother, High Chief (Dr) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on your well-deserved appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
“This appointment is timely and well deserved; we are highly delighted and we commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing our leader.
“We are very optimistic that High Chief (Dr) Dennis Burutu Otuaro will bring his wealth expertise to reposition, transform, rebrand and reform the Presidential Amnesty Programme whereby no single delegate will be left behind.
