IYC Western Zone to Resume Stakeholders Engagement Aug 13

IYC Western Zone to Commence Stakeholders Engagement in Delta

The Ijaw Youth Council, Western Zone is set to resume its ongoing stakeholders engagement in Delta State.

A public announcement signed by Nicholas Igarama – Chairman, Ebi Joshua Olowolayemo – Secretary, and Tare Magbei – Information Officer, noted that engagement with stakeholders in Delta will continue Tuesday August 13, 2024.

The state-by-state engagement themed “Unity, For Peace and Progress: Shaping Harmonious Future Together” earlier held in Ondo and Edo states, as well as Phase 1 and 2 in Delta.

According to the announcement released on Tuesday, Phases 3 and 4 of the engagement with stakeholders in Delta will hold as scheduled below;

Phase 3.
● Gbaramatu Clan
● Diebiri Clan
● Isaba Clan
● Ogbe-Ijoh Clan
● Ngbelebiri Clan

Time: 11:00am
Venue: Isaba Youth Hall,
Pere-ama Community, Isaba kingdom

Phase 4

● Ogulagha Clan

● Iduwini Clan

● Obotebe Clan

● Oporomor Clan

● Ogbolubiri Clan

Date: 14th August 2024

Time: 10:00am

Venue: Ogini Hall, Obotebe town, headquarters of Obotebe Clan, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The noticed further noted that “attendance is crucial” for stakeholders from the aforementioned Clans “as issues of rebirth of Council will be of utmost priority”.
